Are you ready for something different than just a vacation?
Join our next Curated Yoga and Outdoor Group Adventure Experiences.
We combine Yoga and adventuring in the Outdoors in places we either live (or have lived) or explored extensively. We partner with local community members, get off the beaten path (while playing a few of the “area’s hits”), and take our adventure very non seriously :).
Northern Arizona Yoga and Outdoor Group Adventure: Oct 6th-11th 2026.

If you’re into meeting like minded global adventurers, exploring new places slowly and methodically while respecting them and the communities, and love the reset button a little sweat, nourishing food, and good laughs can bring then consider our Northern Arizona October 2026 trip!

Meet your Page Arizona Yoga Adventure Co-Hosts!
Mike Rudd:
Mike is an Outdoor Adventurer and Yoga/Hiking Guide. He’s lived in Southern and Central Arizona and also in a van from Tucson to the Utah border while hiking the 800 mile Arizona Trail. He loves the desert energy, people, critters, and cuisines of Page and is pumped to share these with you. He’s hiked Rim to Rim in the Grand Canyon and Rim to River to Rim 4x. He’s stayed in a van in Page several different times and does a different slot canyon hike every time he is there.
He’s guided groups in the desert of Southern California and Southern Arizona and is a regular teacher at several yoga studios around the US in addition to putting together his own experiences (like this one!)
Mike also works on sustainable vegetable farms, has run a food cart on THE Ohio State University, written several books and hundreds of outdoor adventure articles, and loves volunteering at animal shelters, soup kitchens, food banks, and in the field with land conservation organizations. He’s also the co-founder of Hashtag59 (the website you’re on wink wink!)
Cameron Bourne:
Cameron is a passionate and adventurous yoga instructor with a 200-hour RYT certification and has a background as a certified personal trainer. She brings a dynamic blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness to her classes. When she's not on the mat, Cameron can be found rock climbing, mountain biking, or chasing new trails. An avid outdoorswoman, she thru-hiked the Pacific Crest Trail in 2017, earning the trail name "Fly Trap" after an unexpected encounter with a ladybug during a challenging water carry. Cameron’s classes are inspired by her own journey—rooted in adventure, growth, and a deep connection to the natural world. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a newcomer, Cameron is dedicated to guiding you through a practice that meets you where you are, encourages exploration, and cultivates inner strength and peace.
Jill Grosenheider-Rudd:
Jill will be your on-site cook, she has done this before on our group adventures in Southern California and Southern Arizona and received a cooking certificate from the Arizona Culinary Institute in 2026!
When not preparing our meals you might hear her on a Zoom Meeting working with Alzheimer’s Association and other nonprofits around the US as a fundraising contractor. She loves the hikes, people, and especially the taqueria’s of Tucson and the Navajo Tacos of Page.
Cotopaxi:
Mike and Jill have a dog named Cotopaxi who is a 30ish pound Golden Doodle who will be on-site with us. He might tag along for some of the adventures or he might lounge at the venue during the day. The cabins are pet friendly. If possibly being near dogs isn’t your thing this isn’t a group adventure meant for you unfortunately! If you’d like to bring your furbaby with you this is possible. We can discuss how it might work!
